Bookings for Summer School 2020 will open in November 2019.

The event will take place at Hillscourt, Rednal, south of Birmingham. Our guest tutors for 2020 will be Amanda Clayton and Richard McVetis, both well known textile artists and teachers and members of the 62 Group of Textile Artists.

Amanda will offer a workshop called 'A Little Book of Leaves’.
Amanda has been working with transparent materials for many years and creates ethereal textile pieces with sensitive additions of stitching.

Richard will offer a workshop called ‘A Stitch Drawn’ Richard is an excellent tutor and shares his infectious passion of hand stitching with everyone.

Both workshops will be stimulating, informative and inspiring and will be designed to be accessible to all students.

Skills and experiences developed in either workshop will give you renewed enthusiasm and increase your confidence in your future coursework.
